MarBLe CrUmBLe CaKe

Assalamualaikum..

Minggu nih cuti sekolah dah bermula kan? tentu bz suri2 rumah sepenuh masa nih asyik..masak menu yang best2 untuk anak2..Tapi kan seronok juga .Ini lah masa kita nak test resepi..ader food tester kat rumah..tak takut makanan tuh menjadi santapan "En Tong" hahaha..cerita pasal resepi baru nih kan..hari tuh masa tgk Kak Azlita tayang kek Malteser dia tuh..waduh... leleh2 air liur...so kat situ dia mention kan resepi tuh amik dr mana..rasa nyer dulu mmg pernah terjah DailyDelicious nih..tapi masa tuh ntah ek..terlepas pandang kot...kali nih..bila terjah lagi..terus bookmark!! terus like kat FB dia..hahaha..terus cilok resepi dia juga!!!

sebenarnya hari tuh ntah hangin apa haku memborong whipping cream kat Tesco..sekali tengok rupa2 nya whipping cream tuh bulan Disember nih expired!! kalau tak ku gunakan dlm resepi2...mau berkulat nanti ..jadi..antara misi2 nak bagi perabih whipping cream nih..mula tuh haku dan buat coklat ganache.. lah nih buat marble crumble cake plak..ooo mmg betul apa dikata..this is just what i need!!! This is superb recipe..surely will make bake it again!!

Kalau masuk kat blog Dailydelicious nih..mmg best..sebab dia tunjuk step by step dia..at least kita boleh visualize mcmana nak buat kan?? so dah jadi rutin nak jengah blog nih tiap hari..godek2 resepi..:)



Marble Crumble Cake

Pan size : 15 x 15

Crumb topping

85g Plain flour (all purpose flour)
8g Cocoa powder
50g Brown sugar
50g Butter

Cake
115g Sugar
115g Butter
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla extract
115g Plain flour (all purpose flour)
1¼tsp Baking powder

65g Dark chocolate, chopped
60ml Whipping cream (divided into 30/30)

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Line the pan with baking paper.

Make the crumb:

Mix all the ingredient together until it looks like bread crumbs.
Set aside until ready to use.

Make the cake:

Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy, add the vanilla extract and egg beat to combine.
Sift the flour with baking powder and add half of it into the butter, fold to combine, follow by 30ml of whipping cream, fold to combine.
Add the rest of the flour , fold to combine.

Melt the chocolate with 30ml of the whipping cream.

Scoop 1/3 of the cake batter into chocolate and mix until combine.

Pour both of the batter into the prepared pan and use a tip of knife to create a marble effect.

Put the cake into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, sprinkle the crumbs on top of the cake and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until toothpick insert in the center of the cake come out clean.



Kalau makan cake nih..macam susah nak stop..nak makan lagi..dan lagi...betul!!! sedap!! lepas nih nak cuba apple crumble dailydelicious nih plak!!
