CORNFLAKES CHOCOLATE
Sumber : kak Nor Secubit garam
Bahan-bahan ( lebih kurang 100 biji ) ( haku dapat 150 biji)
1 kotak besar cornflakes(325gm)
1 sudu besar madu
5 sudu besar mentega/marjerin
1 sudu besar gula
6 bar cooking chocolate/450gm
3 sudu besar peanut butter *optional( Haku Letak )
50gm cocoa butter
manik hiasan jika suka
papercup secukupnya
Cara Membuat
Panaskan mentega/marjerin dalam kuali hingga cair
Masukkan gula, madu dan peanut butter. Kacau sehingga gula larut. Selepas itu boleh lah dimasukkan cooking chocolate yg telah dipotong kecil2 supaya senang cair.
Bila kesemua bahan telah cair, masukkan cocoa butter, padamkan api dan kacau hingga cair dan masukkan cornflakes.Gaul hingga sebati.
Alihkan ke dalam bekas lain dan terus isikan kedalam papercup. Jika suka bolehlah tabur manik hiasan.
Note dr Kak Nor:-
*Cookies ni tak perlu dipanaskan dalam oven semula. Kalau dipanaskan chocolate yg membaluti cornflakes tu akan cair dan mendap ke bawah papercup. Ini akan menjadikan ia tak melekat antara satu sama lain.
Cubalah.. insyaALLAH sedap..
*Jjika coklat sudah mula sejuk, cornflakes payah sket nak stick antara satu sama lain. Boleh lah dipanaskan balik sekejap balance yg belum diisikan ke dalam cup (dgn api perlahan) pastu cepat2 isikan ke dlm papercup ya..
hari nih tak mau cakap banyak2..rasa tak sihat..sakit kepala dan sakit perut..Just wanna say satu je..Biskut nih mmg sedap!! Mudah buat ader kelainan versi biskut conflakes.

Boleh ..tapi nanti hasilnya kurang berkilat dan coklat tuh salut jadi pekat.cocoa butter berfungsi mencairkan coklat dan mengilatkan.:)
