Stir-Fry TomYAm CuTtleFisH

Kalau diluar sana yang buat Island hopping aku disini buat Dapur hopping..Almaklum..mencari kerja menunggu 5.30pm..Cari-cari resepi2 baru..seronok betul..hilang rasa ngantuk yang memanjang kat ofis nih.Menjengah Dapur Gert..sungguh terpesona..cantiknyer dia snap gambar2 n3 dia..nampak mcm pro betul.terliur jer..tgk menu2 resepi yang ader..belek punya belek..pilih resepi nih.

Bila ada sayur tentulah ada daging atau ikan un
tuk buat lawan..Resepi asal nyer Stir-Fry Tomyam Shrimp..terfikir kat rumah hanya ader sotong ....tak salah tukar kan..asal dari laut jugak..haha..( awal2 dah menderhaka kepada resepi)..

Minta izin CnP resepinyer yer..Thanks.

Ingredients:


½ pound of shrimps – shelled and de-veined ( switch to cuttlefish)
One big onion – sliced thinly
2 cloves of garlic – chopped
2 tomatoes – cut into wedges
1 tsp or more sugar
3 tbsp of Tom Yam paste
Salt to taste

1. Heat up some oil in a frying pan; add in the onion and garlic. Stir fry until fragrant and onion soften.
2. Add in the tom yam paste; stir fry for a few second. Add in the shrimps and continue to stir fry until the shrimp changes to light pink color.
3. Add about ½ cup of water and the tomatoes. Continue to stir-fry until sauce thicken. Add in the sugar and salt to taste.
4. Dish out and serve with warm rice.

Lepas nih kena cuba resepi ni lagi..nak cuba dengan udang..ayam..daging..apa lagi yang boleh disubstitute yer..??habis..sedap banget nih!!
